I offer a range of brainwave entrainment recordings.

Not only do they enhance sports performance but can also offer huge improvements to your health and well being by increasing deep sleep levels.

Deep sleep is the level at which your body repairs itself.

In general, poor quality sleep can take a toll on your mental and physical well-being. It's linked to health conditions like mood disorders, migraines, heart disease, and obesity. A loss of deep sleep raises your chances of: Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The average person gets two hours of deep sleep each night but some may only get thirty minutes or less.

Brainwave Entrainment An easy and effective way to help take you to the top of your game. Inexpensive and relaxing to listen to with so many benefits to be gained. Unlike my hypnosis recordings, the brainwave sessions require little input from you. Simply listen, relax and drift to where your mind takes you.

In the past several years the effectiveness of binaural beats has become more and more undeniable. So much so that many universities around the world have begun controlled research around the efficacy of binaural beats.

For example, a recent study was completed at the University of Sydney in Australia, which involved a large group of philosophers, brain scientists, and psychologists. In this study, researchers played individuals two different versions of the same track. One track had only the musical elements and the other had the musical elements and the binaural tones. Each of these participants listened to both versions of the binaural beats track while in an fMRI scanner. That's a functional magnetic resonance imaging scanner that’s used to map and measure the brain’s activity.

During these tests, it became clear that the binaural beats tones did in fact induce a brainwave entrainment effect.

This effectiveness is probably why some of the highest performing athletes in the world use binaural beats as a way to get into the flow before competition, de-escalate after the competition, then get into a deep dream state at night so their bodies can recover appropriately.

Being able to kick start your brain into competition mode can give you an edge over your opponent and also helps you to stay in that zone that we all want to achieve.

What is a Binaural Beat: A binaural beat is an illusion created by the brain when you listen to two tones with slightly different frequencies at the same time using headphones or ear buds.

Your Brain and Binaural Beats Your brain interprets the two tones as a beat of its own. The two tones align with your brain waves to produce a beat with a different frequency. This frequency is the difference in hertz (Hz) between the frequencies of the two tones.

For example, if you are listening to a 440 Hz tone with your left ear and a 444 Hz tone with your right ear, you would be hearing a 4 Hz tone. When you listen to binaural beats, your brain activity matches the frequency set by the frequency of the beat. This is called the frequency-following effect.

This means you can use binaural beats to entrain your mind to reach a certain mental state.

                                    Benefits of binaural beats include:

An improvement in any or all of the above will result in better results in your chosen sport.

Increased creativity and cognitive enhancement

Reduced anxiety and improved mood

Helping you enter a meditative state

Improved sleeping habits and improving deep sleep

Helping to improve focus, attention, and memory retention
